Ability to set manually - hotkey for button/function "List of all tabs"

Firefox by default does not have a hotkey for the "List of all tabs" button - I think many people (like me) would like to have such an option in Firefox. Ability to set manually - hotkey for button/function "List of all tabs"

Can we generalize this to the long-standing wish to finally get keyboard shortcut configurability in Firefox?

Ideally by using the desktop environment’s existing functionality. (Like KDE’s shortcut editing module, or the equivalent for other DEs and OSes.)
